Anne M.  Kaiser (Lazorishchak)
SARATOGA SPRINGS – Anne M. Lazorishchak Kaiser, 66, died peacefully at her home on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. Born in Troy on August 16, 1946, she is the daughter of Rose Delia Lazorishchak of Watervliet and the late Nicholas Lazorishchak, Sr. Anne was a 1964 graduate of Watervliet High School and attended the Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing. Following her marriage, she raised her family and then returned to school later in life and received her Associates Degree in Applied Science (AAS) at Adirondack Community College in 1988. She practiced as a Registered Nurse in both a hospital setting and with Blue Cross/Blue Shield as a nurse case manager and for an oral surgeon.
She had a great love of animals and enjoyed crocheting, cross stitch and reading.
She was predeceased by her first husband A. Donald Marcoux and her son, Michael A. Marcoux. She is survived by her beloved husband, Donald L. Kaiser; her loving daughter, Nicole (Stuart) Herlands of Glastonbury, CT; her adored grandchildren, Alexa and Joshua Herlands and Michalis Marcoux; her brother, Nicholas P. (Marcia) Lazorishchak, Jr. of Canton, MI; her sister, Debra L. (Joseph) Piccolo of Watervliet; her daughter-in-law, Ioanna Marcoux of Cyprus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be Saturday at 8:45 am from the Parker Bros. Memorial, 2013 Broadway, Watervliet and at 9:30 am at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 58 Third Street, Troy where a Requiem Mass will be celebrated by Fr. Michael Gorchov. Interment will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Watervliet. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4-7 pm.
